Community Governance

Governance at Essington is overseen by a Board comprised of parent representatives, who act in the interests of the entire school community. The Board is responsible for governance and strategic oversight on behalf of all families.

Parents and students are provided with defined avenues for feedback and consultation through established communication and governance processes.

We value respectful and constructive relationships with parents and the wider community, recognising that strong partnerships support positive student outcomes.

Essington maintains an inclusive, family-oriented environment across all stages of schooling, where staff, students, and parents work together to support teaching & learning and wellbeing.
