BUS ROUTES FOR PRESCHOOL TO YEAR 9
Northern Territory Government provides a complimentary bus service to all schools, with CDC Northern Territory as their service provider.
CDC Northern Territory have an AM & PM bus schedule that provides a drop off and pick-up service to:
- 130 (City)
- 132 (Palmerston)
- 131 (Northern Suburbs)
- 133 (Berrimah, Northlakes, Anula, Muirhead)
CDC Northern Territory school buses will stop for all students in school uniform at every designated bus stop on their route. Please be advised that as this service is run by the Northern Territory Government, there are NO Essington staff on any of the buses.
Buses arrive and depart from the designated Chrisp Street school bus stop. Students arrive at school in time for the commencement of the school day.
Junior school bus students meet in the library every afternoon. An attendance roll is taken, and students are escorted to the bus stop, where they will be supervised onto the bus.
BUS ROUTES FOR YEARS 10 TO 12.
For our Senior College students on the CDU Campus, an additional bus will transfer Senior students from the Main Campus to the CDU Campus.
The transfer bus will remain at the Chrisp Street bus stop until all other buses have arrived, before taking all Senior students over to the CDU Campus.
On the end of the school day, a transfer bus will leave the Senior College at 2.45pm to transfer students to the Main Campus to connect with other routes.
