Does your child require a bus service to travel to and from Essington?

BUS ROUTES FOR PRESCHOOL TO YEAR 9

Northern Territory Government provides a complimentary bus service to all schools, with CDC Northern Territory as their service provider.

CDC Northern Territory have an AM & PM bus schedule that provides a drop off and pick-up service to:

  • 130 (City)
  • 132 (Palmerston)
  • 131 (Northern Suburbs)
  • 133 (Berrimah, Northlakes, Anula, Muirhead)

CDC Northern Territory school buses will stop for all students in school uniform at every designated bus stop on their route.  Please be advised that as this service is run by the Northern Territory Government, there are NO Essington staff on any of the buses.

Buses arrive and depart from the designated Chrisp Street school bus stop. Students arrive at school in time for the commencement of the school day.

Junior school bus students meet in the library every afternoon. An attendance roll is taken, and students are escorted to the bus stop, where they will be supervised onto the bus.

PALMERSTON BUS TO THE ESSINGTON SCHOOL FOR YEAR 1 TO YEAR 12

This service provides a direct route to and from Essington daily, reducing students travel time and offering a safe journey. Students are traveling on an Essington coaster with a school driver. The cost is $300 per student per term ($150 one way) and is invoiced along with your child/children’s tuition fees.
